Not many people can get a second chance at life but thanks to someone who will remain nameless I will be doing just that. I guess you can call me lucky in a way because this time I will do everything better than I did before. I do have to admit I'm going to miss Romeo but maybe this time I will have better luck with those working sims. Oh look I think the Gardener is here and he is a he.
I know last time when I met Romeo I said I liked older men but I draw the line on this. I'm going to need an heir and I'm not taking this guy to the doctor for some viagra! We will call this our last resort.
I guess I better go back to business and start making money. Last time around I felt trapped in my job. I always felt tense everytime I had to go there so this time around I'm going to do this like my Mom did.
Making the rounds every day and growing dragon fruit as soon as I am able to.
I was actually lucky enough to find two sunsurfer frogs while doing my rounds on the first day. Those sell for $125 so I plan to hold onto them and breed them as often as I can.
Dad stopped by to see how I was doing in my new house. It was nice to see him young again.
We decided to spend the day fishing together since my rounds were done and I needed the money. After Dad went home I continued to fish and breed my frogs and the next morning this is what I had to show for my efforts.
I was able to buy a toilet, shower and cooler. Last time around I only had the toilet so already I am doing much better. Today I will work on getting myself a bed as I do not want to spend another night on that bench. I'll also work on finding a nice working sim who is not on social security to marry.
Well what do you know the mail carrier is male! However he seems to have gone postal on that little girl. Damn what she do put insufficent postage on a letter. This does make me wonder if he likes kids and he is not that slim. My other choice is the gardener who probably witnessed the signing of the declaration of independence so I might as well introduce myself.
His name is Sawyer Merchant and he is a young adult. He does have a sad look on his face.
I got to talking to him and we did become good friends quickly. Sawyer is a foodie as you can tell. However I'm not so thin myself as someone needs to tell us to exercise a little more. No wonder she has problems with it in real life herself. He is also childish so I do guess he does indeed like children maybe he was just fighting over a toy or something with that little girl. Well they say having a man in the house is like having a child. I guess it will be true in his case. He is also gloomy.
I have to marry one of these guys so we are going to refer to Sawyer as Bachelor #1. I do want to see what other options are out there before I make a final decision.
The next morning I woke up feeling fine as I was finally able to get a good nights rest. After my rounds from the day before and.....
the fishing Mom and I did later last night, I was able to afford a nice comfy bed to sleep in.

After having some breakfast I decided to make some phone calls to see what my other options were. Oh I really need a kitchen this cooler food is starting to get me sick.
I called for a maid and quickly had to cross her off the list. Ok maybe the shower needs to be fixed, I call for a repairman.
And what do you know they sent over a plumber! His name is Jasper Knupp and we did get along well. He does love the outdoors which is great as I know I want to go on as many camping trip as possible with my children and he is self assured. However that is all I know about him. Ok I will consider him Bachelor #2.
When mother and I were fishing she told me about the magical powers of this tree that was right behind us. Mother is the expert on all types of plant life so she was able to determine this by just looking at the tree. She told me that it could take me to a magical place if I just treating it right. So I watered it and talked to it and eventually.......
It allowed me to explore the mysteries of the tree. I stepped in carefully as I wasn't sure what I would find.
Oh Wow! It's beautiful over here. Look at all the different plants and trees. Mom would have loved it here. It's so sad that she will never see this beautiful place. Well I will pick up some of the plants here and I'll be sure to bring her some.
Look at this stream its wonderful and I'm catching some really big fish here worth so much more money that the ones by my home.
Thanks to my adventures in that magical land I was able to afford a real kitchen. Now all I need is a table and chairs along with something for me to have fun with and I'm set for life. Oh yes some walls and a roof would be nice too but baby steps. We have so much more to accomplish right now.
Ok back to the husband search. "Hello......I would like to hire a gardener.......Preferably one that will not be needing a wheelchair or hearing aid in the near future" Just at that moment I turned around and waved at Marcus as he jogged by. Damn if fate didn't need me to go for a working sim I would hang up this phone and head on over to Marcus. Back to my phone conversation. "If you have one a tall, dark and beefy one please send him over.....Thanks"
Who they did send over was Nathaniel Poe. He was friendly and we did get along nicely but he was gloomy, a slob and a loner. I'll call him bachelor #3 but things aren't looking so good for him.
Three men to choose from and none of them really tickled my fancy. I had no choice it was one of them or back to the bin with me. Mom fought so hard to get out of there so there was no way I was going there myself. I guess I'll just sleep on it and come up with an answer in the morning.
Before going to bed I spoke with my father about my problem. He suggested that if I didn't like my options I should find another option. I thought about that all night and I made my decision to look for another option.
This didn't work too well the last time but I decided to give it another shot. "Hello can I order a large pizza with everything on it......Also you can tell the delivery man that he doesn't have to worry about that 30 minute time limit"

It happened again! Just like before. He just dropped it off and left. Well that ain't going to stop me this time. I happened to see him just walking around like the other townies the day after I ordered the pizza and we got to talking. Fabian is the one I decided *or who won the husband poll* to marry. I decided to invite him over for dinner the next day but something funny happened.
Sawyer and Nathaniel crashed the party. The only bachelor missing was Jasper and wouldn't you know......
Jasper called me for a date while I was preparing dinner. The most embarassing part of the day is when they all showed up at the same time.
All three of them crowded into my bathroom (I actually have a bathroom now) and Nathaniel decided to take a shower with all of us in there. This was not the romantic evening I planned.
I invited Fabian over the next day and things went better this time. We actually started flirting a bit and I found out more about him. Not only is he neat but he loves the outdoors which is perfect and he is a bro.
Mom seems to approve of my new boyfriend.
I wasted no time with Fabian as my adult birthday is coming up very soon so time is running out. I really don't want to do this a third time so I decided to kiss him.
Wow Dad was right when he said I should get myself another option. That was some kiss.
I think he enjoyed it too.
As I said I cannot waste any time so I proposed that very night.
and Fabian accepted!
I suggested that we get married right away and Fabian was all for that idea.
So we decided to take our vows right there in the middle of my kitchen with no walls built yet.
We exchanged rings and then.....
We were husband and wife.

It turns out that Fabian is very willing to start a family right away as he wants to be surrounded by family. Not that we are working on that as its all about me but its good to know that if I feel like having a baby he will be willing.
Sadly it didn't work this time but you know what they say.....

And it worked this time! I'm eating for two and its time to start making some renovations on the house.
