Diary of a Drifter-House 3b-Chapter 5-What in the world was that?

When I came home from the hospital with the baby I was welcomed to this site, my brother and Israel were fighting again.  I really don't know what I'm going to do with those two but I can't have this going on with a baby in the house.

My brother never ceases to surprise me.  He may not get along good with Israel or Kayden but he does love Harry.  He is turning out to be the perfect Uncle. I can go on my rounds, fish or take care of my garden without one worry. Dashawn stays by the baby's side on his own and never leaves it.

Dashawn doesn't even mind taking care of the dirty diapers.

It wasn't long before Grim came to pick up Israel.

Which was a sad day for all of us.  Even Luciano who was helping me with the garden was so upset that he came to mourn.

However there was one of us who ........

was happier than a kid in a candy store.

We all felt bad for Israel but life went on.  I continued to work on my garden and fishing until I became an expert at it and Dashawn and Kayden became experts at fighting and tearing apart the house I was working hard on building.  I seriously do not stand a prayer with these men in my life.

Harry grew into a handsome young boy.  He had the Artistic Prodigy Aspiration with the Good Trait.

I set up a room for him with everything toys, a computer and art supplies.

I even got him a chemistry table as I remember how much Dashawn liked it as a boy.

But all Harry wants to do is mourn his Grandmother all the time.  At least I won't have to worry about him setting the house on fire with the chemistry set like Dashawn did when a kid.

Even now that Harry grew up he is still best buddies with Dashawn.  At least Dashawn gets along with someone in the house.

Due to the fact that I did become an expert at fishing and gardening I thought it was time for all of us to have a day off.  A new park just opened up not far from our house so we all went to the park.

I went fishing as I was still trying to collect a few more different kinds of fish.

Dashawn went swimming.

Harry found a chess table and started practicing.

Kayden grilled up some burgers for us.  All and All we had a wonderful time.

No one expected what was to happen when we got home.  There was a strange noise outside that I didn't know what it was at all.  I had never heard anything like it before.  The worst part of it was I couldn't find Kayden anywhere.

A few hours later he showed up basically out of no where on the porch and he was telling us some crazy story that he insists was true.

Kayden's alien abduction was the first in my game and I seriously didn't know the music for it until everything was over.  This also explains why I didn't get any pictures at all of him being abducted or returned.

Everly's Goals:

1. Create a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home worth at least $40k Simoleons (after Depreciation) 
2. Complete the Angling Ace Aspiration on the Main Sim 
3. Achieve level 10 of the Gardening skill on the Main Sim 
4. Achieve level 10 of the Fishing skill on the Main Sim 
5. Upon reaching level 10 in both Gardening and Fishing you may now Build or Place a Park on the Desert Bloom Park Lot in Oasis Springs. 
6. Acquire the Cowplant and collect 5 unique Essence potions by interacting with the Cowplant 
7. Produce and raise an Heir to the Young Adult lifestage

Diary of a Drifter House 3b-Chapter 4-Our House

Now that there is a baby on the way I decided it was time to build up some walls especially with the crazies I have living in

Our House.

I had 25 K in the bank account so I hired a construction company to build up a shell of a house.  Now all I have to do is furnish and decorate the inside.

I did finish off my kitchen I just need to add some finishing touches to it.

None of us sleep in tents anymore as I bought beds for all of us and the last bit of money I spent buying us this partial living room set.  I do plan for a bigger living room later and this will eventually become my reading nook.

Israel and Dashawn are constantly fighting.  Nothing I say can make them act civil to each other.

In fact they totally despise each other hopefully something will put an end to this feud.

That will do it.

At least Kayden is making himself useful when it comes to my goals needing to be finished.  On his own he helped me acquire the last essence.

I have all the essences I need now so I can finally get rid of that cow plant.  I hate the idea of that vicious plant hanging around while I have a child playing out there.  Oh yes I know they are not supposed to go after children but it just doesn't seem safe to me anyway.  Plus I never liked that thing.  My final essence count was stress, discomfort, energy, boredom and 2 confidence.

I decided we should get married before the baby arrives.

And he accepted.

So we got married right than and there.

And it looks like we got married just in time. My water broke so we had to leave for the hospital right away.

When we got there Kayden went into his panic dance but that didn't last long.

As he found a computer to play video games on.

I checked myself in at the front desk after I noticed that the doctor had arrived.

The doctor turned out to be Rachel Patel one of the teenaged girls that used to call on my brother.

Damn I should have invited her to live in the house with us.  At least she has a job.

Pretty soon I heard the cries of a healthy baby boy.

We named him Harold but I will call him Harry because he is my crowned Prince.

Diary of a Drifter-House #3b-Chapter 3-My biological clock is TICKING LIKE THIS

The next day I did throw a party for Israel and I did  send out invites to both Kayden and Luciano.

Now that Israel is an old man the other two do seem like better choices to me.  I mean if Israel was so fickle before he needed Viagra things should be worse now. However according to the rules I'm stuck with Israel as this place is like a roach motel and these men are the roaches.  They check in but they never check out.

I have no idea where Luciano went but Kayden made himself available.

After a little chatting and stargazing.

He had no objection to kissing me and ......

I asked him to go steady and he accepted.  He moved in with us that night too.

Mom awoke the next night and she decided to help out with the essences.  I didn't know that the cowplant fed on ghosts too.

I have no idea why these two started fighting but for some reason Dashawn is always throwing drinks in Israel's face.  I wish I knew what started this and I hope I'm not the reason.

Other than those two things were going smoothly.  I maxed my fishing skill and gardening is almost complete.  The harvests were bringing in mega bucks so I'll be able to build my dream house pretty soon.  Kayden and I were growing closer and than one day we had a really close call.

My boyfriend set the stove and himself on fire in the kitchen.

I remember the day that Dashawn set the house on first with his chemistry set so installed a sprinkler system as soon as I built the kitchen.

Well that was enough for me.  I have a legacy to continue yet I'm surrounded by idiots.

My biological clock is TICKING like this and I ain't ever gonna get married

It's time to take things into my own hands.

I told Kayden to follow me because we were making a baby whether he wanted to or not. I think all three men seen my outburst because ......

All of them started helping out with the garden after I gave them the news that.....

I was indeed pregnant.  Now its time to get those men in this house in shape for the new arrival.
